The city of Saint-Nazaire was already working to enhance its tourist heritage with its "Stunning" (Renversante) Saint-Nazaire site. With this new site, which took two years of work, it promotes its museum heritage to a wide public and offers themes around the history of the city such as the submarine L'Espadon, the transatlantic adventure... various resources in the form of photographs, videos, descriptive notices. The thousand-odd records online will be updated each year.
