Know-how and word of mouth are at the heart of a poster campaign orchestrated by Chantiers de l'Atlantique to meet their need for manpower in 2019.
Guaranteeing the future of the naval sector
With its full order backlog for the coming decade, one of the world's leading shipbuilders plans to recruit 400 people this year. Chantiers de l'Atlantique is making an appearance in Breton railway stations, airports and coastal towns to reach a wide audience hoping to attract interest. 300 XXL posters are deployed in the summer transit areas.
50 professions involved
The naval sector is struggling to recruit its skilled workforce. Workers, technicians and engineers are still lacking. With its slogan "Live your dreams", Les Chantiers show children with adults working on construction sites. The agency Mediapilote (Saint-Nazaire) provided the creative part and the deployment is handled by the agency Précontact (Rennes).
To great ills, great remedies
It can be seen in August at Montparnasse station from August 13 to 26, 2019. In September, it will move to the eastern and central regions where employment areas are sparse and will take the form of video spots in theaters.
